Jobdescription	Two Rivers Communications, Inc. (104.9 WIGO Country and 101-7 BAY FM) seeks an experienced Program Director for WIGO Country in Virginia’s Northern Neck. The Program Director will be responsible for relaunching and building our product. Passion for Country radio is required. Energy, enthusiasm and experience are a must. You will be responsible for all aspects of programming including music scheduling, managing on-air staff, imaging, station strategy, developing and executing revenue generating sales & programming promotions, website, social media/streaming platforms & digital content.
